I’ve developed a news list on twitter almost exclusively of quality newspapers, long form sources, and insightful think tanks and reporters. That’s where I go. I couldn’t find that at my breakfast table.

He lost me when he mentioned that there weren’t 18 school shootings by feb14 and left out that there were actually 8 that resulted in injury or death. Invalidated the whole article for me tbh. (His embedded link doesn’t count)

Annoying the way a Sen. Sanders tweet gets blamed in this article for major news organizations misreporting the number of school shootings. Give it a rest, guys 🙄We get it. You hate him. We get it.

I once had it delivered to the office on weekdays. They refuse to serve me on Sundays despite the fact the woman who delivers the local paper (and the @nytimes) drives past my home and has told me should would be pleased to deliver it! The Times circulation department won't help.

I read news from NY Times, WSJ, the Economist, National Review, the Guardian, and similar that show up on my Twitter feed. I don’t see how the print pubs would be better—I do see how they’d be more expensive.

Exactly. The FIRST newspaper, cable/broadcast outlet to pull entirely off FB/twitter will be able to claim “Everything you read on those platforms is not credible news” will be in the strongest position for truth ever.
