This is insane. I just listened to two minutes of David Hogg on "Reliable Sources," TY @RAMRANTS, and he has no idea what he is talking about. He thinks @DLoesch owns the NRA has passed gun legislation and sells guns. None of that is true. He went unchallenged by @BrianStelter.

He said she sells guns. How many ways are there to interpret that? I watched the clip and read the transcript. You wont go over it with me because you cannot. It is indefensible. And I usually like your show. Im not some CNN hater.
-
I interpreted "sells guns" to be a figurative (not literal) reference back to his earlier assertion about gun manufacturers. This afternoon is my short weekend, so I'm not going to go through the transcript with you.
-
You dont have to. I read it. You interpreted as that? He said she sells guns. I interpreted that, insane me, as she sells guns. For instance, if someone tells me "Joe sells ice cream" I dont think Joe is part of the ice cream lobby. I think he sells ice cream Brian.

Careful Carmine ... to many facts at one time is a bit of an overload

For the record Im not a lunatic. I dont think he is a crisis actor. I think he is a kid who is smart and has a ton of courage. But I think he needs to know the facts.

Follow ups? Lol. i just watched and all you did was coddle the kid. He also said in a different interview, "President Trump you control the House of Representatives. You control the Senate and you control the executive." This also went unchallenged! The kid is an obvious idiot.
-
But, if you challenge the kid on anything he says you are a conspiracy theorist according to Brian.
-
I have never said that. And you know I haven't. I could not be more CLEAR here: "Criticism of policy positions is one thing. But lies and hoaxes are another thing altogether"http://money.cnn.com/2018/02/21/media/student-smears-conspiracy-theories-pollution/index.html …
-
I did not say you did. I said Im not a conspiracy theorist and that he is a kid who went to that school and is smart and courageous, but incorrect about many things.

He didn’t answer the question.
-
He did not. And now Brian wont discuss it with us because he knows it is indefensible. Brian you wore an activist hat today, not a journalist hat, and you know it. And you assumed no one would call you on it. Not your finest day.

That interview made me physically ill. Reading the transcript didn't help. Brian, I really believe this thing with the media is going to end very badly. It's already bad. You should want to back up, be objective, get perspective. We're tearing each other apart. Stop helping.

You're joking, right? He wants to lash out at the NRA, but demonstrates he doesn't have the first clue what he's talking about when he refers to
@DLoesch as the CEO. Your response? Gently correct him. -
When you ask him to cite his sources he gives an answer so vague that it has no meaning and you just let it slide. Zero pushback.

Since he was wrong on practically everything why would you need to ask where he gets his info? Obviously he watches
