Trump doesn't know what "treason" is. Either that, or he thinks it's OK to criticize his opponents by casually throwing around such a serious word. Or... he's just trying to tick people off? https://mailchi.mp/cnn/rs-feb-5-2018 …

He’s projecting again. Notice whenever he’s guilty of something he always accuses someone else of it. Did it during campaign and still doing it. #TrumpRussia #ResistTrump

He’s normalizing the word so that when people seriously apply it to him, it lacks power and urgency.

He's trying to desensitize us to the word so that when he's charged with treason he can pretend it's no big deal and "Democrats do it all the time."

Eeeexactly. It’s all about watering down the meaning of the word. Every time he repeats “collusion” he’s hoping that people just get sick of hearing the word, so when he’s charged with it, they just shrug it off.

Same deal with the memo. It could be a blank sheet of paper. It doesn't matter what's in there, just that it exists.

Calling Democrats “treasonous” and that Schiff “has to be stopped” are incendiary dog whistles of the most dangerous kind. They could lead to attacks by impressionable self-styled “patriots.” Outrageous even for a despot, let alone a president.

He's trying, badly, to deflect from his own situation by planting these ridiculous ideas in his supporters heads and unfortunately it works!! Just reading some of their tweets proves they are brainwashed and willing to believe anything he says!! #TrumpRussia #TreasonousTrump
