Trump: "I would love to be able to bring back our country into a great form of unity. Without a major event where people pull together, that's hard to do. But I'd like to do it without that major event, because usually that major event is not a good thing. I would love to do it."

We had a "major event," Trump got elected. It pulled lot of people together. Too bad it wasn't before he got elected. But least they are united now.

i dont think they meant pulling together Evangelicals Nazis and White Supremacists - I guess those groups/united and identified and out of the shadows is the definition of #MAGA

Like the man said, "usually the major event is not a good thing." In this case, I think he's right, including as you point out, the unification of white nationalists. But it's the response to it that I think is good. I think it has activated more Americans to stand up against it.

I kind of agree with Joe that his election brought a lot of people together and created many more activists. I just wish he could have done it without hurting innocent people.

But that won't happen. Trump resigning will divide the country more. Ending fake news and the propaganda machine that the GOP has built is the only way to reunite this country. We can't be united while a portion of this country believes and defends their lies.

I'm petty sure he just signaled his Reichstag Fire is coming. Will it be nuking N Korea? Bombing his own Trump Tower and blaming the "mooslems?" Who knows. But I'm sure they are planning it right now.
