        That's not an apology. Just like saying "I would certainly fire you if you'd like me to do that" is not the same as firing someone. Or replace "fire" with any other verb.

        Problem is, Piers told him MONTHS AGO. The WORLD told him MONTHS AGO. His advisers told him MONTHS AGO. He never apologised. His White House team condoned what he did. The apology is a hollow, meaningless poor attempt to hide from real things: Like how he tried to fire Mueller.
