That's true. But that's not what happened in this case. Bernstein and Frum offered apologia for CNN's errors, essentially praising it.
I called it a “black eye” for CNN and discussed the editorial standards process re: anonymous source use.pic.twitter.com/2rr5aQ6Ggh
that's nice, but it's not the takeaway from the show. The takeaways were Bernstein praising "our" achievements and Frum saying the errors are signs of quality.
Who are your sources?
Which you weren't because you won't reveal your source that lied. Uve relied on that source in the past and the public has the right to know.
If you want to be transparent and forthright, reveal the sources and any other stories they were relied on. Until then you have no business climbing on your high horse.
You're not being transparent. How many other stories have these "sources" been involved in? How did "multiple sources" get the same date wrong? Why did Ted Lieu tweet the same lie?
Transparent ?? Has CNN ran one breaking news with a name

oh right just sources
You aren't being transparent. Name the source that got this so wrong and tell us which other stories they were used for cause now those are suspicious.
But you werent?
