CNN scoop: Donald Trump, Trump Jr. “and others in the Trump Organization received an email in September 2016 offering a decryption key and website address for hacked WikiLeaks documents, according to an email provided to congressional investigators”http://www.cnn.com/2017/12/08/politics/email-effort-give-trump-campaign-wikileaks-documents/index.html …

They never informed the FBI. They welcomed the info. They used the info.

It was still stolen info. You don't have a right to use stolen information even if everyone knows it's stolen. 9/14 still predates Podesta emails + October Wikileaks releases + mass targeted voter data so this also indicated a preview of things to come.

You seem angrier that the information was of questionable legality than you are if it was accurate. No one has questioned its accuracy. That should scare every American.

The fact is the emails were stolen. Any use, manipulation and assistance with such use/manipulation is a violation of law. Team Trump is skating on very thin ice as there are multiple attempts to seek, use, receive and manipulate stolen info for political gain.

You mean like the Russian dossier. You know, using lies instead of truth. The Trump campaign did not hack the Clinton campaign. The information was in the public before this email was sent. Once in the public arena the use of the information was legal.

FYI - Two of the people named in the Steele dossier have been indicted or pleaded guilty + 2 others connected. Many Americans mentioned have already had to testify under oath. That track record alone makes it one of the best intel docs ever produced.

They have not been charged with anything in the dossier. Nice try but a real reach.

it's not irony, if you live long enough you'll find most guilty people accuse others of the exact thing they are guilty of. I would say it's not only page one, but probably written on the cover of the Republican playbook.
