Touching a clothed buttock is not even legally sexual assault in Minnesota. One woman said he touched her waist FFS. One said he said he could kiss her because he was a star--too Access Hollywood. I don't buy it.

I don't buy any of it.

Me either. Not one word.

Well, I guess that's two of us...

The more the merrier. They picked on Franken who I believe is a very decent man and he has been very supportive of women's rights.
-
However, this is dangerous. Sacrificing innocent people (regardless of "team") will not have a good social affect in this country. If touching wrists is sexual assault, I foresee many innocent males will have their lives destroyed
-
I agree. It's almost assault fatigue.
-
It's called hyper-vigilance and it is very dangerous. This is pack mentality.

I told you all this. This is EXACTLY the same sentiment here in Oklahoma. I've gotten a good portion of my family to switch over to become (or just actually register for the first time) as dems. They see this and they think "WTH have we gotten ourselves into??"
-
And even worse, the media will CONTINUE to deride Ds for waiting too long, being too coordinated, asking for due process, not being ALL the Ds, Pelosi calling someone an icon, etc. All while Farenthold never gets mentioned and Moore and Trump get away with it. It's disheartening.
-
And hell, you all keep bringing up Ted Kennedy and Bill Clinton, JUST to have a Democrat to blame for the BEGINNING of this epidemic!! Clarence Thomas, anyone?? Or if we're just judging "groping" as lynch-worthy, what about GHWB (In his early years)? No? Just dems??
-
Just imagine if they'd have disqualified MLK for his "women issues"? Where would this country be now? Is a person not the sum of their actions? Can a person not apologize and ask for forgiveness and be forgiven? Or will all men who did "unsavory" things be burned at the stake?

Also, I fear for anyone who's wanting to run for office. Like, I wouldn't do it bc I don't look like a politician, but if I ever wanted to, I couldn't. I had a FUN time in college and when my family was stationed in KS. Those stories are now my baggage. For example:pic.twitter.com/n96hSRIZZL

I think about this a lot when ppl are shouting for more women to run for office. The double-standard we already live with gets multiplied, and the consequences for women are enormous... still.
-
I mean, Hillary was vilified for her HUSBAND!!! She's STILL vilified with each new perv that gets exposed! EVERY TIME!!

Because they know they are cornered with Roy Moore.

Gingrich is hardly a paragon of virtue

Gingrich and virtue should never be in the same sentence. Ever!

Mea culpa
