        This doesn’t seem like the best story for a news channel to be spending time on. Maybe you can let People magazine flesh this one out and you can dig deeper on tax bill and fcc announcement.

        Why don't you follow up with Time? Their response simply stated that Trump didn't describe the process correctly, didn't deny they contacted him. He might be lying, but pushing the narrative without checking is wrong.

        How about the part where we can’t take the word of the president of the United States, almost ever, without fact checking? Instead we’ve normalized this debate over just how hard journalists are working to keep up with his bullshit.
