CBS News has known this Charlie Rose story was in the works for several weeks. What steps, if any, did the network take in response?

If #CBS knew about #CharlieRose for weeks, why did they allow him to do the intv with #NYT on Louis CK? Reality is they've known for years

.. This is really the thing isn't it ... He's single, he's a flirt, has established relationships with women he knows over the years... I know THOUSANDS does men like this, in every industry. Its SO much more pervasive than people realize..rephrasing..., than MEN realize.

I have had multiple good men say to me lately they had no idea that it was this pervasive. Well, they have an idea now.

... But they don't REALLY because they have never felt as if they were "prey" themselves.. They believe us, but that's not the same thing.. This is not an easy problem to solve I don't think it can be solved...

I may not have experienced being "prey" but I'm amazed to read stories of men just getting naked in front of unsuspecting women.. Like that move would be acceptable in anyone's mind. Harvey, Charlie, etc. are wackos with zero in common with normal people.

It's sadly way more acceptable to way more men than it should be. The extreme prevalence of dick pics alone is an example of that. A HUGE fraction of men really love to show us their unsolicited dicks and get off on it. I like dicks. I just want a say in when I see them.

Yup.. Exactly... Men really think we want to see them, A LOT of men think that. That's why they are so obsessed with how large they are, we're not... .. These men have watched porn. Women behave this way, on Howard Stern, in pornography. Sayingthings like "give it to me"▶

As if the girl is turned on by that somehow... This is all just really complicated, because people are different... I say: why do women behave that way they are turning themselves into sexual objects, demeaning themselves... But there are genuine women out there that ▶

Real Question ---> What should they have done in your opinion? Also, I want @alfranken and @LeeannTweeden to sit down and have a public conversation about where it all went wrong. They both honestly believe in their experiences. What can other men learn?
