Highly confidential because it's highly illegal. DOJ has no business in this deal. NONE! Except to do Trump's bidding. He hates cnn

“highly confidential”? Is he aware of the president's twitter feed?

And DOJ has every right to stop this deal from happening. Dont expect a rally of support in the streets for CNN.

Why is this bad for the consumer? I get free hbo when I bundle things. So what gives. It is a vertical merger

Concentration of power in few hands. Control of the flow of information and the narrative.. well I would say the consumer is less informed now & misinformed if they watch news. And it goes both sides

I guess zucker promised bonuses if the deal went through, more resources maybe more money for marketing. My question what does this have to do with the American people. 85 billion is a lot of money and small concentration of power and affects alot of people
