Why is the DOJ taking a hardline approach with AT&T? http://bit.ly/2ykdcFR pic.twitter.com/vbgHngV9Kg

This is where everyone's brain at #CNN can't comprehend that there are more than two sides to an issue. The merger is bad for consumers and the reason why it is being held back is wrong. Even if #CNN were not included the merger would be bad for consumers.

Maybe so, but when has this regime ever looked out for consumers? Ever?

Please tell me why it’s bad for consumers? It’s a vertical merger. AT&T is a content delivery company and TW is a content manufacturer. There is zero overlap. Also this has been in the works for a year, why suddenly an issue? Also yay for 280

Could someone @CNN [who understands his learning disability] explain to Stelter Zucker about antitrust rules, and that his daddy's wishes are not necessarily in the country's best interest?

Given @realDonaldTrump's continuing attacks on CNN as well as his statements as a candidate that he would block the merger, the DOJ is entitled to absolutely no presumption that their objections to the merger are being asserted in good faith.
