Why did @NBCNews give up its Weinstein scoop? It's a mystery. But there is frustration & embarrassment inside NBC...http://money.cnn.com/2017/10/11/media/nbc-new-yorker-harvey-weinstein/index.html …

The question I don't see asked is what does Harvey know, and about whom does he know it.

Why did @CNN focus BS pieces on Hillary instead of focusing on the actual crimes?

It’s only a mystery to those who remain willfully ignorant. They ignored it because he supports the right causes and candidates.

Why don't they give up the Apprentice tapes Brian? Are they hiding something? This needs answering

These are the same brilliant news execs who hired Megan Kelly in apparently a planned attempt to destroy nbc ratings for a lot of money

Weinstein is a liberal Mega donor therefore reporting anything negative against their own liberal biased agenda is counterproductive.

NBC is easy target. Story could be, “New Yorker had story for months... how were they scooped?” Would also be unfair. NYT 1st should be lead

How NYT scooped is interesting, except New Yorker didn’t have a months-long lead. NBC did and punted it. Farrow walked downtown.

I’m also saying, this was not new to NYT either... and not just with untrustworthy Waxman, who was on a good track but couldn’t close.

…It does sound like NBC made missteps, including citing a team Weinstein talking point (Farrow conflict re:Woody Allen). Something smells

Not saying NBC was heroic or did right. But they’ve become the focal point when they did more than most then got shy like everyone else has

NBC has also had a string of embarrassments. Current reactions reflect Access H’Wood bungle, Trump SNL, etc.

And again... Argento and McGowan were harassed for talking to Ronan. Someone at NBC leaked. That is a major scandal & the big story here.
