        After mass shootings don't we focus too much on motive & not enough on capability? Other countries have killers but not w so much firepower.

        Motive is irrelevant. Would it matter if he was mad, insane or a jerk? The fact he had a minimum of 29 guns and 1000’s of ammo is the reason
