Zucker speaking w/ press at unrelated event: "The public has a right to see" the memos… "it's in pursuit of the journalism we do every day."
Its bullshit and hes pulling a Trump move. BUT HEY a phone call to an old friend and wham......Bullshit on CNN
Can anyone explain to me what this means? Serious question - I feel so lost.
They want the memos, the FBI didn't reply in time so they're suing them
are they obligated to turn over the memos?
I'm not sure but it depends whether they contain classified information, I'd say. I can be wrong
Not entirely correct. Seth Rich murder isn't classified and JW was denied for their FOIA request bc investigation is still ongoing.
Not entirely correct. Unless #Comey lied AGAIN "under oath" about memos not being (c) info. "Personal" documents =/= classified documents.
And personal documents =/= FBI property. So, if FBI has them..... dun dun dun
False equivalency. Its work product. No different than me making a PowerPoint for a company on their dime w/their software=legally theirs
If you guys manage to win this suit, do you think you could possibly pass these memos on to the Senate Intel Committee?
Because the Senate Intel Committee only asked to see these memos over 3 weeks ago.
Comey is too busy, he is writing them as we speak.
Why the F does CNN need the memos? I hate Trump, but just don't understand why CNN thinks it needs them.
Freedom of Information Act, man. All memos recorded by government employees are SUPPOSED to be freely available to the public.
May well b so but we know what they say. Why? How about getting 45s tax returns?
Sounds great! I'm all for it.
Your basing your tweet on?
You're making Millennials look bad ... sorry.
Oh so former elected officials can just blab all they learned while in office? Write tell all books disclosing sensitive info?
