        No. It's unusual for the FCC to "investigate" a statement where there's no factual dispute and facts don't come to close to standard.

        no one from the FCC said they are "investigating." The Hill said that, and the site is prone to exaggeration.

        He gives weight to something which is clearly baseless. He accuses past FCC admin of not investigating obscenity claims.
