Well, since Fox won’t have truth as a defense, it will need to rely on proving it didn’t have malicious intent. Good luck with that, Fox.
Also, damages will be easy to prove. Even if local election officials believe there was no fraud with the machines, appearance of fraud created by fox is enough for well meaning officials to not risk doubt in some voters. Better to just start fresh. Their business might be dead
