Many members of the media, myself included, condemned the Antifa protest at Tucker Carlson's home. But there's one claim that has been contested. Carlson said a protester cracked his front door. I asked DC police. The police said they saw no sign of that.https://www.cnn.com/2018/11/16/media/tucker-carlson-cracked-door/index.html …

Still, the police report makes it clear no such threat existed.
-
"we will fight, we know where you sleep at night" is threatening.
-
Let's all agree that we never want to see any person's family threatened and move on to uniting to save our democracy from Trump Crime Inc. Have a good night everyone and remember we're ALL in this fight together. Go Dems! Go Pelosi!
-
The problem is that anti-trumpers are willing to stoop even lower than trump in an attempt to bring him down, case in point, mobs of protesters harassing public figures in while eating dinner or in their homes... this is how you secure trump a second term...
-
Oh my God, I can't believe they went to his house and threw his kids in a cage... wait, no kids in cages? Okay, I can't believe they canceled his healthcare! Wait, they didn't do that? I can't believe they whipped up lies that Tucker Carlson is invading with leprosy...
-
...oh, they didn't do that, either? Where's the part where they stooped lower than Trump? Exactly? Trump's been threatening us in our homes for two years now. Tucker Carlson incites racist hatred nightly.
-
Tucker Carlson's probably got an actual body count for what he does. How many people did antifa kill at his house?
-
All that confronting officials in restaurants happened before the midterms, and yet we still took the House and held back a surge in the Senate in a year the map favored the GOP to greatly increase their majority. So forgive me if I don't take your advice on how to beat Trump.

You need to make clear you are sourcing Tucker Carlson. You made it sound like you were sourcing the police. You can believe that. Others don't. Because you choose to believe something, doesn't make it so.

How is it that media coverage of a five-minute peaceful protest outside one Fox News commentator’s house has now stretched as long and with as much saturation as a dozen pipe bombs sent less than a month ago?
-
I know. I hate I am participating in this, but I also feel like these incorrect statements should not stand unchallenged.
-
I agree! The coverage just feels so oddly disproportionate, I guess because there’s a man-bites-dog element to it.
-
100%. It's been interesting for me to participate in the conversation, but also made me want to throw up b/c people
#onhere being so self righteous about Tucker Carlson being terrorized have no idea how this is the everyday reality for so many people.

I thought I saw a video during which
@TuckerCarlson was laughing about bomb threats to Democrats. Do you@brianstelter think the families of bomb recipients should be threatened like that? Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

White nationalist/supremacists/neo-nazis/etc. shouldn't feel bad? Shouldn't feel pressed? Shouldn't be protested/challenged wherever they are? It doesn't matter all the lives this racist terrorist threatens and harms? Just know what you'd be doing during the rise of Nazi Germany.

You just stated that threats were made. Now you say that she "felt threatened". Those are 2 completely different things. Words matter.
-
And actually both of them are conclusions.

You know who else calls 911 all the time because they "feel threatened?" Other white people on black people. "Feeling threatened" is a thing a lot of white people do now. It doesn't necessarily mean they have a reason to feel threatened.
