The CNN complaint states that "the White House also rejected Acosta's application for a day pass on November 8."https://twitter.com/GOPChairwoman/status/1062383236335198210 …

Every one of his colleagues still has access to the WH, as does the reporter himself via a daily pass. #FactsFirst

If I could tell parents of privileged children anything, it would be to teach their children they don't "deserve" more, they don't deserve fairer treatment, & don't automatically get a better life than anyone else. Trump believes he's above everyone, not only above the law.

The day pass requires the White House to deny it any day they want. In effect they can suppress difficult questions by denying Acosta access on important days, days of Briggs or news conferences. Pretty dumb of WH not to wave him in on the day he did apply. They made cnn’s case

I'm very glad CNN is suing the White House!!! Jim Acosta is an exceptional reporter who has a right to ask his questions. I'm a trained journalist & worked as an Army PAO for many years. I've had irrational bosses like Trump & coworkers like Sarah. They ruin it for everyone.

He’s still free to practice his 1A rights but they DO NOT have to grant him access to the White House since he’s rude and disrespectful and thinks he’s on a high school debate team. There’s no pattern of revoking hard passes...just @Acosta

You know this but would rather spread misinformation and propaganda. That’s what real Americans think about this and the quicker you figure that out then the better of you will be.

It’s adorable you think that. Tell us more about why the left is so hellbent on ensuring an 85 year old woman stays on the Supreme Court until a Dem occupies the Oval Office? 🤣
