Fox's top legal analyst, @JudgeNap, says "I think CNN's got a very good case. I think this will be resolved quickly. I don't expect a jury trial. I think it will either be settled or CNN will prevail on motion."https://www.cnn.com/business/live-news/cnn-sues-trump-acosta-reaction/h_10542cc3fae8fc69a6c713668143033c …

So if CNN wins, DJT or @PressSec can simply not call on @Acosta.

So are there no limits to what Acosta could do, as long as it doesn't threaten Trump? Could Acosta discreetly drop trou and pinch a steamer onto the floor if he doesn't get his way?

A sane opinion from Fox. Nice to hear someone beyond Shep can deliver this.

Brian, A real journalist would get opposing views and present them so the public can make a decision. You find ONE guy on FOX news. GO GET ANOTHER OPPOSING VIEW!!! Try real journalism for once, you liberal hack,

That is ridiculous "sky is falling" attitude. Trump talks to reporters more than ANY previous president. Acosta is ONE loud mouth that doesn't ask questions, he tries to debate our president.

This one is very simple. @Acosta put his hand on a White House employee who was attempting to take a WH mic from him. After being rebuked twice, she made a third attempt only to have Acosta chop her arm at her elbow.

I've watched it. Many times. He may have accidentally touched her when she entered his personal space. But it was not on purpose and he said "pardon me, ma'am" and moved his hand right away. You're being extremely dishonest to say anything else. This isn't a matter of opinion.
