The White House isn't addressing the substance of the lawsuit -- instead, @PressSec is complaining about @Acosta's style -- but the suit is about the press pass processpic.twitter.com/WkNl12E2pX

Important to note that the WH @PressSec has changed her tune from claiming Acosta assaulted an intern to refusing to yield a microphone. That's a major shift.

Same said about the intern? Or is it a one way street w/u? She came at him, not the other way around. She could have held her hand out. She didn't. So ur logic is saying what sir?

A press pass is a privilege, not a right. The pathetic lawsuit is but another example of the death of journalism by the lunatic-left media. Left-wing hate-Trump propaganda is not journalism.

Reporters are in the WH to ask questions when they are called to ask a QUESTION; not to inject their biased opinion which the American people don't care about. Acosta is insolent and doesn't respect women in the WH.

So it's ok to break laws if u don't like them? It's freedom of the press. U don't get to say who asks. U don't have to like him, his style, or his employer. It's America. This is not a NATIONALIST society. In fact it's the opposite of that. Do u defend the altered video to?

The only rules broken were by insolent @Acosta. He disrupted a WH press briefing from other reporters asking questions. First Amendment of the press doesn't mean they have act like an Axx. His job at the WH press is not give a speech, but to ask questions.

He did ask a question. It was never answered. U don't need to like him, his style, or @CNN but he did NOTHING WRONG. The white house did. U don't have a right to pick the questions asked.

He asked the question why POTUS called the caravan an invasion. Fair question. He wouldn't listen to the answer. The President has the right to his own opinion. He has intel that we do not have. Acosta started arguing that the Pres. was wrong! He is debating. Not his job.

Fair, but he asked why it suddenly was no longer high priority & if it was a political stunt. That was not answered. Invasion terminally used to scare us. So r u to argue that he had no right to argue terminology? When it doesn't suit ur definition it's ok?

The reporters have two questions to ask. He wasted his time arguing that it wasn't an invasion. He lost turn to ask third question. Acosta just wants to monopolize the whole press briefing with his biased opinions that the American people don't care about.

So it gives them the right to revoke his press pass? Sry no. U missing the point. It's not about liking his style it's about freedom to ask. He did NOTHING WRONG, as they now have changed story, um 3x now? So I guess the court will decide.
