Bring on the lawsuit Brian. These attacks on the press has to stop. Trump and Sarah have to be stopped or it will only get worse. Broken window theory. I worry journalists are going to get hurt. #HeroJimAcosta

And maybe your lawyers could check into these witnesses as to

Ha ha ha... this is the 'dance of the clowns'. Good show, a waste of time, but funny nonetheless.

He must be accorded procedural due process to challenge revocation--arguably pre-deprivation. The fact that it involves fundamental rights press & speech raises substantive due process and equal protection concerns.
#CivilRightsLawyerWetDream -
Nope. He still can say anything he wants. It’s not a limit on speech. No judge would take this case. It’s too stupid
-
Ah, a young person stretching his wings, bless your heart. Get back to me when you've got a couple decades lawyering civil rights cases under your belt.
-
Okay so educate me. Oh wait you are going to commit a logical fallacy. Oh great legal mind.

-
Check out the US Const. amends. I, V and XIV. Then google terms like procedural due process; what process due; substantive due process; equal protection; fundamental rights; protected classes; compelling public interest in least restrictive manner; strict scrutiny . . . Cheers!
-
all of these you listed has nothing to die with this situation at all. How does due process have to do with revoking press pass. Protected class? What? Compelling public interest?
are you just throwing terms out there until it sticks -
Okay, add protected property interest, and protected liberty interest to what you should look at in order not to sound so utterly ill informed, but obviously won't. That pertains to procedural due process. Talk about logical fallacies.pic.twitter.com/h6jaGt7eYj

property interest and protected liberty have nothing to do with taking his press pass. He can still write and report the news. Trump has the right to take away his pass. The executive gave the pass and has the power to take it. No judge would hear this case - 2 more replies

So we're clear, this is Trump becoming a dictator and violating the Constitution. And people are OK with this?

-
Far from it. Acosta deserves to be booted and everything else is just speculation. You know it and the rest of the world knows it.
-
What, for daring question Dear Leader Trump? Trump got rude, won't answer questions...Acosta was doing his job, friend. BTW, the family of Pat Tillman has asked for people to not use his image for political purposes. Are you disrespecting their request?
-
What political purposes am I using it for, please educate me. Trump answered every question Acosta asked, Jim just thought he’d interject his opinion, opine what he thought Trump’s answer should have been. He then swatted away the interns hand who was trying to do her job.
-
Trump didn't answer the question, or most of the others asked during that press conference. When he did answer, it was his customary lie-filled uneducated horse manure. I've watched most of his press avails, he lies non-stop. Media needs to stay on him.
#IStandWithAcosta -
I don’t agree with the way Trump treats reporters in lost of his pressers. I also don’t think he should be tweeting the stuff he does. On that note,
@Acosta is not being a journalist, he’s being an activist for his opinion and soapboxing to get more attention -
I've read your Twitter posts, you've hit Acosta hard. Listen, if Trump was honest and less combative, reporters wouldn't have to push back. I'm not disagreeing with your opinion on Acosta, but the American people do deserve answers to those questions. Trump is not above the law.
-
I agree Trump is not above the law at all and should be checked. In my opinion
@acosta is a joke and the Real Journalist should be embarrassed to have him included with them. He’s opinionated, pushes his narrative and does zero investigative reporting. He doesn’t report news.
