Crisis actors - paid protestors - tucker Carlson would doubt their motives if he wasn't involved in this. https://thinkprogress.org/fox-news-parkland-smear-5331b78ee3e4/ … it's just not news. there are more important stories on Veterans Day. He could have paid these people himself - until a crime is committed, ignore it
-
huh? the police say crimes were committed. MPD says "a group of protestors," aka more than one, "broke the law by defacing private property." today MPD told me the investigation remains open.
-
Defacing property is different than breaking in and threatening though. The defacing was spray paint on his driveway. No one broke his door as was claimed by you and other journalists

The most important detail is that Tucker Carlson lied about this entire situation. You aren't a truthful journalist if you think otherwise.
-
Yeah, I disagree with much that these protesters did, but let's keep in mind that they did not commit the crime that Carlson falsely accused them of. He could have stuck to the truth and come out looking like the victim. He chose to lie.

I think the most important detail is how complicit you are in perpetuating this false equivalency between nonviolent protest and ACTUAL DOXXING PERPTRATED BY TUCKER CARLSON

The point is, Carlson was believed and defended by both sides. In the meantime, Dr Ford is still being threatened and Matt Rivitz is doxxed and you don’t hold Carlson and Fox News and their followers responsible. Why do they get free passes?

How can “we know where you sleep at night” be a threat when they were literally there already? It was a statement of fact.
-
You think tucker sleeps in a bed in his house? Oh no, they were saying they know which dungeon he keeps his coffin in. If they had wooden stakes and garlic it very much was a threat

It’s absolutely not a threat. It’s a statement of fact. They are outside of his house. Of course they know where he lives. You’re leaving out the most important detail of all that Tucker does the same fucking thing and doxxxes people who he hates so people can send death threats

Why is that the most important detail of all?

I'm supprised Fox dosent pay
@brianstelter considering the amount of water he carries for them. Both as a cartoonish target of scorn and ire for them and as a cartoonish subservient ally to their news division. Either they should pay him or ease off on their Stelter bashing.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

I mean, there's lots of things that are more explicitly a threat than "we know where you sleep at night." That's, at best, an implicit threat, and not necessarily an implicit threat of anything more than "we will come back here and yell in the street again."

Shut up, Brian. Sick of you clutching your damn pearls when you ignore the abuses by Tucker himself, and the rest of the right wing noise machine to appease the right wing cranks that accuse you and CNN of bias. They have you right where they want you and you do their bidding.
-
When did Tucker vandalize anyone's house?
-
They didn't, shithead. They painted on his driveway and it was addressed. Read the fucking police report. Other than that, Tucker doxxes people and his comments about Ford getting threats makes his whining laughable.
-
Um, spray painting is vandalism (I realize that's an awfully big word). And this "police report"? No one seems to actually have a copy, they just link to the think progress piece. I do agree it was poor form for DiFi to identify Ford tho.
-
The driveway isn't the house. Carlson lies and exaggerates as a matter of course. Police were on site and no one was arrested for all that Carlson claimed. When you dox people and advocate for white supremacy nightly, you lose the moral high ground. Protest is American.
