It’s not a “mistake.” It’s intentional misinformation. This way his acolytes can say, “See? He went.” because facts like which American cemetery he visits don’t matter to him or the followers.

Does it matter to you? I’m trying to understand how which cemetery
@potus visits is material to anyone, and why@foxnews or@KatiePavlich would have an interest in misreporting it. -
It matters because it’s ACTUAL “fake news.” It’s an alleged news agency misrepresenting the facts, perhaps accidentally, but I don’t think so. It does matter to me. My family is one with a strong military history & his almost constant disrespect for the troops is troubling to me.
-
What has he done to disrespect the troops ever, much less continually? He is at a veterans ceremony as we speak. He has increased the military budget dramatically over Obama levels and is in the process of reforming the VA.
-
I do not engage on matters of opinion bc minds rarely change in that arena. I think he’s disrespectful of the troops. You don’t. That works for me. I think that a large part of the discord between the parties is everyone’s belief that their opinion is fact.
-
I agree, but what distinguishes fact from opinion is evidence. You say he constantly disrespects the troops but won’t provide a single example. If you hate Trump bc you are a “seriously progressive liberal” (your profile), fine. Just own it. Why bring the troops into it?
-
He literally just sent troops to the border as a political stunt. Nothing is more disrespectful. The caravan he sent them for is on foot, walking from Mexico City to Tijuana. The troops are in tents in TX.
-
And these troops are not being paid combat wages & are fed MREs.

It’s interesting Ed Henry so quickly shifted from straight reporter to Fox bloviator over a few years. Seems like he’s frequently there for these mistakes.
-
It's interesting Brian Stelter so quickly shifted from straight reporter to CNN bloviator over (less than) a few years.
-
Ed Henry doesn't perform as his title suggests. He's called Chief National Correspondent. He hosts Fox&Friends which is a pro Trump opinion program. As a Conservative I stopped watching much of Fox because of the mixing of news and opinion.
-
My point is that
@brianstelter and others do the same at CNN. Masquerading as journalists. CNN calls our Fox but turns a blind eye to their own clear bias. Both should report straight news and leave the opinion to others. - 2 more replies

This is not a big mistake. It is a small mistake that was corrected...but carry on with your hysterics.
-
I see it as a coverup by FOX because Trump is slighting our WWI vets and that won’t play well to their base. But call it whatever you want it was convenient for the situation!
-
So a reporter named the wrong cemetery, corrects it, and you see a government cover up?

-
Who said anything about the government covering up? Learn to read it will help you in the future!
-
You said you see it as a coverup by Fox for Trump? Or maybe you are insinuating that Fox just covers stuff for Trump because they like him? Either way...this is not that big of an issue to get your panties in a bunch. But you do you.
-
Exactly, last time I checked FOX is an entertainment outlet not the government! Stop showing your stupidity! Please!!
-

Are you mansplaining to me? Berating a woman for having a different opinion than you? Sexist!! Did I do this correctly? -
It’s not an opinion to think FOX is part of the government it’s just stupidly wrong! So if you want to call it sexist then so be it! I’m sexist and you stupid! Can we agree on that?
