From my newest story: More than 24 hours later, @Acosta is still banned from the White House. CNN is working behind the scenes on a resolution that would restore his press pass...http://cnn.it/2Qta6bF

It's sure gotten out of hand. 🤔 Just thinking how this attempt to silence the press has evolved. Hang in there Brian, Jim, CNN, Mainstream media 💪🏻💪🏼💪🏽💪🏾💪🏿

John, you can say silence the press, that’s your right, and what they want you to think. But the man took 68 questions from 35 reporters, probably would’ve taken 100, if not for @Acosta trying to force his opinion. So who really did the silencing of the press on Wednesday?

Every reporter at the next WH Press Conference should start their question with "Jim Acosta wants me to ask.."

maybe he could try to not be so combative/antagonistic when he asks questions... there are plenty of WH press that ask tough questions without becoming a news story. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The only person being combative in that room was Trump. He was obviously pissed at the results and was egging for a fight. The intern was aggressive in her behaviour towards @Acosta.

i dunno... I’m not just talking about that encounter... I hate this admin.. it just seems like acosta always tries to get a viral moment any time he gets to ask a question. i dunno, it’s just my opinion

Trump didn’t have to call on Acosta. He went in gunning for a fight “that is a racist question...” to create yet another distraction, from the midterms & Sessions.

you're right he didn't have to call on Acosta. his regular annoyingly rude mood changed to an even nastier mood after the Acosta encounter though - which is when the "racist question" comment happened. but that's a perfect example of a reporter asking

But a president should have poise. He shouldn’t allow his mood to get nastier, nasty enough to dog whistle racists, since dyed-in-the wool racists ALWAYS accuse black people of being racist. According to them, Obama was the greatest racist of all time.

Bigger story than a reporter who consistently makes the news all about himself is what is happening in Broward county where a notoriously corrupt election official is dodging legitimate questions and trying to steal an election.
