Megyn Kelly is not hosting her NBC show today. And I'm told she is unlikely to return later. Here's my new story...https://www.cnn.com/2018/10/25/media/megyn-kelly-nbc/index.html …

So the racist gets a week off with pay! We remember her days at Fox. At least some of us do! Experiment over yet NBC?
-
I remember when 'racist' was really bad, back before it was debased by people using it to describe anyone they disagree with.
-
Now it means nothing. Same with Fascist.

That is absolutely ridiculous. The world has gone mad.
@megynkelly -
@megynkelly went to the left but didn’t play by their rules. No sympathy for her. The left will continue to consume itself. -
I'm not a Megyn Kelly fan, but I think this is ridiculous.

I feel sorry for Megyn. There was no malicious intent and her apologies are sincere.
-
Maybe if this were the first time. This is the same woman who incredulously said Santa Clause - a mythical character who doesn't actually exist - couldn't be black a few years back. This is part of a pattern
-
Saint Nicholas was a bishop in the later Roman Empire in the Greek city of Myra. He died in 343.
-
Yeah, he also didn't have a legion of elves making toys that went to children across the world He wasn't obese He didn't have magical powers. Modern Santa Clause is so tangentially related to St. Nicholas at this point they virtually share no characteristics.
-
And? There is a core historical figure. That person was Greco-Roman.
-
Santa Clause isn't even a person though lol. He's a mythical, shape-shifting creature with flying reindeer. They don't even share a name. Was Santa Clause inspired by St. Nick? Yeah, no doubt. Is Santa Clause St. Nick? Not a chance

This is the same company that hid Matt Lauer's predilections for how many decades???

I don't agree with firing anyone over something like this. She didn't just apologize, she opened a roundtable dialogue on the subject which people NEVER do. This is unbelievable.
-
Yes. What about the others nodding their heads in agreement? Shouldn't they be fired too?
-
I know. Everyone seemed to agree with what she was trying to say. Even that seemingly left wing guy.
