And loads of us are checking our registration status only to find we've been purged. I re-registered and posted my overseas ballot last week. The force is strong with the Blue.

More than 1 million per month seems like a lot. But cycle-to-cycle comparison would be helpful.

hard to say without knowing how it compares to regular election cycle. Plus there's a big difference between first-timers and those who might just have moved. Finally, more than 100 million could have voted in 2016 and didn't, so we still haven't heard what's up with 75 percent.

How many people voted in 2016 about 125 million I believe, so then this is a 20% increase over that figure -- not sure it's the best indicator but it offers a frame of reference.

Low...I want to change my affiliation from Republican but refuse to do it before election in fear that it will somehow mess up my voter registration in a way that I can't vote

Could be any of the above. Lots of people move geographically, and then there's that #WalkAway thing. What is this number historically? Or was this more made up facts? 😉

Registering to vote and actually getting out to vote are two different things. The left has been great at signing them up but at the end of the day, they just don't show up
