A third named witness, whose lawyer confirms she’s a lifelong friend of Kavanaugh’s accuser, rejects the allegations against Kavanaugh. Nobody has confirmed it; everyone named as present has denied; the only person yet to testify under oath is the accuser.https://www.nationalreview.com/corner/third-named-witness-rejects-kavanaughs-accusers-allegations/ …

No where in her letter does it say she believes Ms. Ford. Nor does WaPo give a direct quote of her saying so.

But she was named by Ford as someone who either was at the party or otherwise could support her account. Kind of noteworthy that she can’t do that.

Please do better, her believing in Ford while not corroborating a key detail, her presence, is irrelevant.https://twitter.com/gabrielmalor/status/1043700726445297665?s=21 …

Exactly: There is no case against Kavanaugh, the accusations are a political stunt and it's past time to move on to the confirmation.

What Keyser told WaPo and what her attorney submitted as her written testimony are 2 different things. If she doesn’t know Kavanaugh then Keyser or Kavanaugh was not at the party. Either Ford or Keyser is lying.
-
Exactly. I'm fairly certain that Emma Brown from WaPo, who Ford gave her 1st interview to a week ago, somehow got the 'I believe her' non-quote yesterday, to try to repair the damage Leland did to the narrative. Leland doesnt believe Ford in all respects, obviously.
-
I agree. And it was a childish attempt and completely unprofessional attempt to cover up for her shoddy *reporting.*

Sorry folks but real issue now is did
#kavanaugh do in his later correspondence what he and Mark Judge do in prep school: Brag about their early “conquests.” What we need is access to all of his possible self-glorifying comments. People like him don’t give that up easily. -
Way to move the goal post.
-
"Now we must unearth every part of his private life to determine if this accusation with no evidence may potentially be backed by evidence he possesses." These people aren't just against due process but the whole constitution. They deserve nothing but shaming.
-
We deserve a deep and honest review grounded on the notion that he was schooled by liars, deceivers, abusers. Context matters.
-
You deserve nothing but shame. This was sat on for two months by a Democratic Senator, then weeks by a liberal news outlet to attempt to delay a nomination for political advantage. You do not want Trump to order the FBI to get involved- as the accuser and enablers may go to jail.
-
You ain’t very bright, are you? Even if you’re AI. Consider ending your time arguing politics; obviously you have too much to learn. Way too much.
-
Politics as usual ended long ago. You do not want to keep shaking this tree, if you get what you ask for you will not like it. When people who defended Bill Clinton start saying "believe all women" and "the FBI can totally investigate decades old rape allegations"...
-
I have no problem shaking the male perverts out of hiding. I’ve worked for years to build a better culture. It’s time we start. President Woman would have been a great starting place

Apparently a lot of people without first had knowledge choose to believe CBF. That does nothing to prove CBF right, or BK wrong. It only means people choose to believe her story without credible witnesses.
-
I think you have the cart before the horse. She was coaxed to remember this & promised annonimity. She’s ruined.
-
Possibly so. Politically at least. My point is that people are choosing to believe something based on one persons word alone, and to persecute BR without evidence. Actually, though, most of those were prepared to hate BR before even hearing his name.
