But will anyone who is predisposed to believe Trump be convinced by Anderson's debunking? Or even see it?

I was wondering this while I watched. I think the intended audience would have to be the center to center-right folks who watch both Fox News and CNN, and don't follow the news closely but may have run across the false meme. But I'm not sure they needed the full 9-minute version.
-
Did he say WHY he was standing in a ditch to make it look like he was almost underwater? His cameramen were a few feet away up to their ankles in water. I must have missed that part.
-
Yes, he explained it several times. Did you even watch it?
-
I honestly did not see that there was a video attached. Wow. Thank you. Did not know it was from 2008. I stand corrected. Thank you.

Only "children" of a President who is given such status. The MSM makes his children into celebrities. Can you imagine if Chelsea Clinton behaved in this manner and her dad is an ex-president. She is called names daily by trump supporters and is gracious about it. That's class.

Jr and AC make for an interesting juxtaposition. Both come from privileged backgrounds, neither needed to break a sweat as an adult to keep a roof over their heads. AC struck out on his own in an industry totally separate from his family, started at the bottom, worked his butt off
-
AC is at the top of his game in a highly competitive industry. Jr’s done zero but hang on his father’s dirty coattails. He’d be lucky to manage a 7-11 in Peoria without the last name he was born with.

Yes, "bait" like this can be ignored -- 1 minute maximum: call it a lie, show the proof, laugh and move on. Mr. Cooper looked silly with this overkill. Besides, many Real Consequential Lies need addressing. Wake-up.

-
They address the consequential. Believe me.

Except he completely misrepresented the tweet. But whatever.
Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

What was the lie?

Watch the segment
-
No, I am not going to watch AC pontificate on his soapbox again. What specifically was the lie, word for word? Thank you.
-
The lies included that a picture of Anderson Cooper reporting from flooding in 2008 was from this month, and that Anderson was lying about how deep the water was. You're welcome.
-
It was never once referenced when that photo was taken, this year or 2008. That’s not a lie. AC was intentionally misrepresenting how deep it was for effect. The whole tweet was to depict that just because the news reports one thing doesn’t mean that’s what is reality. Thank you
-
"AC was intentionally misrepresenting how deep it was" Exactly how did he do that? In the video he's literally saying that the water is receding, and he points out that a few feet away from him the water is only inches deep. Have you actually seen the video segment in question?
-
Yes I’ve watched it over and over. It’s what I took from t and many others. They know what they’re doing at CNN. Visuals are everything. Now back to the original point, when did JR lie about anything AC brought up last night. Quick Answer. He didn’t.
-
"when did JR lie about anything AC brought up last night" Jr claimed AC was trying to make Trump look bad. How could a clip from 2008 be aimed at Trump? Jr was clearly claiming the image was from this week. Stop defending it. Bye now.
