Brian Stelter Retweeted Donald J. Trump

Obama said "57 states" once. The media mocked him for it. D'oh. Search http://CNN.com  or http://NBCNews.com  or http://Yahoo.com  or http://NYTimes.com  for proof. Meanwhile, Trump overwhelms the media with so many crazed statements, we can't even keep up…https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1040799409670377472 …

When President Obama said that he has been to “57 States,” very little mention in Fake News Media. Can you imagine if I said that...story of the year! @IngrahamAngle

And ... Obama laughed at his error. He was always self-deprecating, admitted his mistakes, and usually was willing to discuss them. To compare these two people is absurd. But hey ...

You’re a multibillion dollar company, who made billions of dollars covering Trump in 2016, giving him billions of dollars of free airtime in the process. You covered his rallies, his statement and all his performances. Not so much the mafia bit. Find a way. Find a freaking way.

Trump claiming that Puerto Rico is a country, and not part of the U.S., is much worse than Pres. Obama mistakenly counting U.S. territories as states during.

Difference is, with Obama we knew it was a slip of the tongue. With Trump, we know that he is probably just showing his ignorance of basic facts. That's a big difference.

Also pretty sure Obama can admit when he’s made a mistake. Only time I can think of he’s come close was after Access Hollywood and even that was more trying to deflect than take responsibility for his actions. Especially now when he’s seemingly denying it was even him on the tape

Remember “When they (Orange man & Co.) goes low, we go high.” The fact that he has to bring up Pres. Obama, to cover up his pathetic self, for all his blatant shortcomings and stupidity, just goes to show how small and envious he really is.
