        So where does this $120m come from? Does this mean CBS will take it from production...including everyone from producers, actors, stagehands, runners, parking attendants, etc.? Moonves, and every criminal corporate hack, should not receive a PENNY for felonious acts.

        I think he ends up with all of it or there is a lawsuit. I don't really see a middle ground. Especially with Moonves' statement last night in which he clearly positioned himself as a victim. Which makes this entire case all the more horrific.
