        I'm not sure it matters so much who wrote it, as does the fact that it was written and published in the first place. And I doubt that the author wrote it in isolation from others. He may have been acting as a designated drafter.

        Oh, I agree, I just don't feel that @RajShah45 is privy to all the details (NSA meetings, etc.) that were noted in the op-ed unless this piece was actually written by committee.
