Journalists should stand up for DECENCY. Decency is nonpartisan. And this is another example of indecent behavior by the president.pic.twitter.com/0SzOpZjgju

No, journalists should strictly report facts. "Taking a stand" is voicing an opinion. I don't give a rat's ass about your opinion. If I can discern your opinion, you're not a journalist.https://twitter.com/brianstelter/status/1029376808821477376 …

Too bad DECENCY wasn't a big concern in campaign 2016. Pretending you all were providing "balanced" coverage by slamming the very decent HRC for email email email email every time another bit of grotesque Trump news broke. Too bad Fake "Balance" has overruled decency so often.

HOW DARE YOU talk about "decency". You call the Democratic thugs who physically attack people in the streets and threaten to MURDER the president "anti violence". To his comments, this women was SECRETLY RECORDING in the SITUATION ROOM. "Lowlife" and "Dog" are pretty restrained.

Brian, you are correct. Unfortunately journos enabled this indecent behavior in its inception. Pandora had a hard time putting things back in the box too.

Read Trumper responses. What about CNN. What about ANTIFA. What about Acosta. All they have is deflection. They tacitly support Trump's indefensible behavior. Trump can say or do ANYTHING and his Cult will rationalize his criminality via deflection.

Lesson I was taught in the newsroom is to stick w hard facts, i.e. actions, reactions, quotes, etc. Gives viewers freedom to come to own conclusions. Opinions are dangerous. Drives viewers who disagree away. #HowToAvoidLowRatings #IncreaseAdSales
