I decided to wait until now to talk about Sarah Jeong because I didn't want to be part of the "outrage mob" on either side.

Missing from the @Hadas_Gold piece is the fact that "very fake news" was a specific slur used by the president on 02/16/17. Given this knowledge, the @SonyaTV @Newseum "satirical rebuke" response becomes particularly half-baked and requires further explanation.pic.twitter.com/sa0ILVOsTQ

How could the newseum think it’s acceptable to give positive coverage to trump in exchange for profit. Who do they think they are, CNN in 2015 and early 2016?

The Newseum's 'fake news' t-shirt is only a reflection of the problem, not the problem. The problem is actual 'fake news'.

I honestly don't see what people who value and champion the 1st Amendment have against a store selling a t-shirt.

What’s the problem with a 1A Museum recognizing a growing phrase in America? Why do today’s journalist think they are only allowed to exercise free speech? Why do today’s journalist think they’re above criticism yet set out to attack a Museum for honoring the 1A?

The media is really dumb to be attacking a 1A Museum. This just shows how out of touch you all are. First you say it’s wrong from people to chant #FakeNews at you.(it’s not) Now you claim it’s wrong for a Museum to sell a shirt people are interested in.(it’s not)
