Here's my full interview with @Acosta– about his attempts to question Trump, the criticism that he "makes it about himself," the challenges of fact-checking, the Fox-Trump feedback loop, and much more https://www.cnn.com/videos/tv/2018/07/01/what-jim-acosta-has-learned-covering-the-trump-wh-rs.cnn/video/playlists/reliable-sources-highlights/ …

I like Acosta. We have a POTUS who refuses to do press conferences, who is a pro at dodging any accountability & a network that enables him... "Perseverance is a great element of success. If you only knock long enough & loud enough at the gate, you are sure to wake up somebody."

It’s obvious it’s about himself. I don’t care WHAT @Acosta says... Actions speak VOLUMES over his words.. like half-hearted yelling from the back of a large, crowded room.... then complaining that @POTUS didn’t respond. He’s a joke. And the only ppl who don’t think so are Dems!!

To be frank, there ARE huge egos in the news business, but Acosta doesn't really strike me as being one of them--his questions genuinely do seem to be about getting information (not the spotlight). Great interview! (And rest of the show: tribute to Capital Gazette--very moving.)

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA...a #FakeNews 'journo' interviewing another Fake News journo on the same Fake News team. Must've been sooo compelling! Tell Acosta he might get his question answered when he learns some civilized decorum. Until then, he gives ALL reporters a bad rep.

"civilized decorum" as opposed to uncivilized decorum. Right. Can you be specific about what makes Cnn's news fake?

They wouldn’t do it because he’d present facts not faux info. DJT has told 3000 lies so far. They don’t want to hear that.
