Why do you interview irrelevant Republicans who no longer represent the current state of the party?

Brian I watch your show every week and I am no fan (at all) of Glenn Beck .You were much more argumentative with him than w the three in A Block or the LA Times editor at the end. Beck should have stayed. But You should look back and compare how you dealt with him vs other guests
-
Agree 100%. When you question everything a guest says it suggests you are not listening. Everybody likes to be listened to. You seemed to me, to be defensive. If you brought him on to express his opinion then let him express his opinion.

It wasn't that Brian blindsided him about his company, it would've been a reasonable question. It was the way Brian framed the question. He insinuated that Beck only wanted to talk about this issue because he's trying to save his company. It was insulting & frankly hateful.

I'm saying it WOULD'VE been a reasonable question, given that it's been mentioned in other news. But Brian made it an unreasonable and insulting one. And as you said, proved Beck's point perfectly.

While I don’t agree with beck on everything he says, I do get his frustration with the interview. I’ve said for a long time Stelter is the worst interviewer on
@cnn. He interrupts, cuts people off, knowing there’s a time delay, argumentative. I wouldn’t miss him if he were gone - 1 more reply

Bait and switch Stelter.

Not really a fan of either of you but you were very aggressive with him Brian. I think if you had let Glenn answer your earlier questions, he probably would have stayed to answer your last one. Stop trying to make the news Brian and start covering it like you’re supposed to do...

Saw this interview and agree with many others. You, Brian, had zero interest in a productive dialogue. It was an attempt to get Glenn from the beginnng. Even though I don’t always agree with Glenn, you invited him and he deserved a chance to be heard. You ended with cheap shot!

I’ve never heard of you before Brian and now I know why
. Have you ever asked why they have you on Sunday morning slot? Food for thought. You invited him w/ intent to ask about the children/border but your intent was to try and insult him for your own personal gain.. your sad -
@glennbeck wasn’t interested or even cares about the children being separated at the border. He is a Republican! The@GOP created this crisis with their anti immigrant agenda. So please, stop with the victim hood here. It’s not believable! -
He’s not republican, and not a trump supporter at all
-
Oh yes he is!
