When Trump declares that news outlets are America's "biggest enemy," he sounds oblivious to 200+ years of history. Is it any wonder why most Americans say he's unfit to serve as president?http://www.snappytv.com/tc/8209416/5726619 …

Most Americans don't say he is unfit to be president you dishonest tool. In 200 years the press has not come close to being this dishonest as your tweet confirms

First the poll was 9/17 - Second it over sampled Dems Third.. I will bet $100 that the next Rasmussen poll has Trump over 50% approval next week and is currently has a higher approval rating then Obama at this point in his presidency.

You’re one of the few journalists practicing with integrity. In Hawaii, in addition to a lack of reputable news to discuss the details of how Hawaii was illegally annexed, we have a potential scientific news embargo re volcanic activity on Mauna Loa.http://science.sciencemag.org/content/315/5810/331.full?rss=1 …

Eg: June 1 we counted the number of recorded earth movements for Mauna Loa over 30 days. We counted ~30 on May 3 & ~367 on June 1. Since we asked Tina Neal directly re the huge increase, the same site only lists 77 earth movements for Mauna Loa for the past 30 days, incl June 1.

What happened to the ~367 that we counted on June 1, where did that data go to and why was it erased? If the media supports full transparency, maybe they can ask the @USGSVolcanoes : where did the earthquake data for Mauna Loa go? Mahalo✌🏽

#MaunaLoa had 2 earthquakes on June 1, not 367. If earthquakes appear to be relocated or erased from one volcano, it's because they're erroneously placed by automatic software and fixed by a scientist. Please read https://www.usgs.gov/faqs/why-do-some-earthquakes-disappear-maplist?qt-news_science_products=0#qt-news_science_products … for why this is necessary and normal.

I’ve read this page. It’s a page most of us look at daily, now. On June 1st I personally viewed and counted more than 2 earthquakes on the “monitor” page. I’m not delusional and I didn’t make up seeing them. Too bad I didn’t screen print, but I do have a site which lists more.pic.twitter.com/W5bWUwXTNP

How come they list so many more than the USGS? If there’s no threat, why does the number of earthquakes on Mauna Loa reported make USGS uncomfortable? Could it be that in 2014 Brantley predicted more eruptions on Mauna Loa?

Then there is this: Mauna Loa was updated on June 9 and is now listed as “Very High Threat Potential”, along with Kilauea. Look, if it’s that safe and you need to be close to your specimen (the Mauna) you can come and live with me for 30 days, for free. It’s safe, right?✌🏽pic.twitter.com/5U3hGJgeCa

USGS Threat Levels are not the same as Alert Levels. Alert Levels are based on activity monitoring; Threat Levels combine potential volcanic hazards and exposure (the people and property at risk from potential volcanic phenomena). https://volcanoes.usgs.gov/vhp/nvews.html
