ICYMI: Here's the full @BuzzFeedBen interview from today's show. He asks: What drove the DOJ "to use this kind of last resort tool of covertly spying on journalists?"https://www.cnn.com/videos/tv/2018/06/10/editor-reacts-to-seizure-of-reporters-data-rs.cnn/video/playlists/reliable-sources-highlights/ …

Did you correct him & let him know that it's not *spying*, it's *surveillance*, using trusted *informants*? And did you let him know that it's for his own good & that really, he should be grateful? Perhaps you all could bring Clapper on to clear this up for him.

This is a joke right??? So now you want to hold the DOJ to standards. You still have no problem with them spyin on a presidential candidate

Now wait a minute. CNN has told me this type of police work is not spying. But truthfully, it is not. It was a lawful investigation into leaking classified information and obtaining cell phone records of calls placed and made is probably proper.

Anyone bothering to ask why journalists are sleeping with intel sources to get stories with the full knowledge and approval of their “news” organizations? #UnreliableSources

Hey Brian, What does Mrs. Wolfe think about the DOJ reviewing Ali Watkins phone metadata? Remember, it wasn’t spying. The phone was used as an informant trying to help Wolfe. He should be thanking the DOJ.
