Interesting. Those of us peons watching on our tvs could easily see what he was (and what nearly all of trump's appointees were) and were SCREAMING NO! Maybe y'all should listen to yr constituency more.
I voted YES on Pompeo for CIA on the theory that he would be the “adult in the room.” I was wrong. I am voting NO on Pompeo for Secretary of State because our top diplomat should believe in diplomacy. He has an alarming tendency towards military provocation and brinkmanship.

Thank you. I think it's clear now that NO NOMINATION from this administration is in good faith. Anyone that looks ok during the hearing just hasn't had enough vetting - certainly the Trump team isn't doing any vetting. Thank you for trying to slow the damage.
