Best use these military funds. Wish we would bring some troops home but they wont let us do that either. And if you really careed about these military projects you could just fund rhe walll.

I wish I knew a Constitutional scholar that could explain to me how SCOTUS allowed the admin. to do this if Congress has the power of the purse. I’m baffled by this.
