I've done the due diligence here & can say that their plan is "Screw the poor over until you've taken everything, & then eat them." In all seriousness, they don't have one. I can tell you what scientists, foreign policy experts, and the DoD suggest, however.

Same as their healthcare plan. They don't have one but they like to complain about the policy ideas Dems have to fix problems.
