I like seeing your perspective on these things. No chat, no g+, no FS, I don't think they have a community, just a mob.

I'd be so happy if they said, "Hey, we hear you. Here's what we're doing to win you back. Together, let's be the very best."

why do you think they are not responding to us?

just me looking at what they post, it looks like they're focused on growth over engagement/retention. Also, posting can be scary?
