Strange, I didn't hear Corbyn refuse to accept Russia was not behind Salisbury attacks, all I heard is that he wanted to see the evidence. Someone, somewhere put the nerve agent on the door handle and they should be brought to justice. They are quite likely still in the UK

He’s seen all the intelligence (the secret stuff) & now says he wants “incontrovertible evidence”. We convict people in the U.K. on the basis of ‘beyond reasonable doubt’ not “incontrovertible evidence”. Russia say the U.K. framed them in Salisbury & staged Douma. Unbelievable.
-
Meaning what he's seen isn't incontrovertible? I'd like to know if I'm being prosecuted/sentenced I'd want incontrovertible evidence too. This is more serious, innocent lives are at risk. Plus don't you feel it's all a bit weird anyway, not just a little? Questions should be asked

1. I don’t know, I haven’t seen the secret stuff. Have you? 2. Reality isn’t like that and we need to get real. 3. No I don’t. Putin has said there is no safe place for ex-spies & Assad has done this sort of thing before - confirmed & verified.
-
1. Precisely my point. 2. History often says it is. 3. Yes they have, but have we always been so right? Our history in such things has been pretty damning too. WMD? What WMD?

I would think you would want a Jury that only accepts evidence that fulfills the burden of proof beyond reasonable doubt when finding somone guilty. I know I would. Innocent unless proven guilty
-
I said that already

Oh my apologies then. Seems I'm not great of discerning your intent on here. Sounded like a bit of sarcasm but reading it back I can see how I misunderstood. Sorry. I agree its entirely right to insist on the highest standards in regards to the burden of proof in such situations.

your humour is too dry, i'm much better at detecting sarcasm in others I swear.
