Brian, The Times has a history of problematic articles on Islam & Muslims. Case in point: https://twitter.com/miqdaad/status/975671141783277568?s=19 … Just imagine - they got someone with a history of anti-Muslim bigotry to write about Sharia law! Do you think they would do that for any other minority?
-
What specifically do you disagree with in the Flather article? And do you dispute the characterisation of Mend and CAGE?
-
“Corbyn’s drive for tolerance...launched in Parliament by Jeremy Corbyn...” It was not his initiative, he didn’t launch it, he was one of many speakers, he was not the first speaker & he was only there for about 10 minutes.
-
[Corbyn] “gave platform to extremists”. There were no extremists at the meeting in Parliament. A completely different organisation gave a platform to a “radical preacher” under the banner ‘Islamaphobia Awareness Month’ at a completely different meeting, nothing to do with Corbyn
-
Was CAGE not at that meeting?
-
No they were not

Wait, so embracing jihad leads to jihad? Imagine that

And Brexit means Brexit, I suppose. What are you talking about?
