No it’s news to you - it’s not necessarily about aggressive policing. It’s been interesting but I don’t think twitter is the place to continue this.

The NYPD study uses the terms proactive and aggressive interchangeably. Putting broken windows into practice has meant aggressive policing of disorder and low level crime with the aim of reducing serious crime. 'Twitter isn't the best place for this. Unless you agree with me.'
