It is if you don't want to be paying tax on your millions!

“your millions”? I live above a Tesco in Elephant & Castle

-
I didn't mean your "personal" millions, I was referring to those mega rich Brexiteers who are now moving their fortunes overseas.
-
I’m sorry. I really need to learn how this twitter thing works!

-
No probs, I could have been much clearer, I'm sorry about the confusion I caused.
-
Allowed me to get my ‘street cred’ out there!

Or how about 'would you like a cup of tea?' Or maybe 'how do you feel about me unilaterally declaring Brixton a druggie zone and condemning the families there to years of drug related crime?' Fucks up, gets promoted to Lords, establishment trougher.
-
We seized more cannabis during my time as police commander in Brixton, arrested more Class A drug dealers and significantly reduced street robbery & burglary. But don’t let the facts get in the way of a good story. Independent evaluation here: http://policeauthority.org/metropolitan/committees/mpa/2002/020926/17/index.html …
-
I live here mate, don't patronise me, I live with the consequences of your giant ego. You encouraged every dangerous dealer in London and beyond to come to Brixton, hardly surprising the numbers went up is it? Best keep off the subject of cannabis...
-
The independent evaluation shows completely the opposite of what you are saying - fewer people from outside the borough arrested for drugs. I don’t know what happened after I left in 2002 but pointing out the facts is not patronising, it just completely undermines your argument.
-
It isn't an argument, it's a simple fact, you fucked up our community. And we are still paying the price for your vainglorious grandstanding. The price you pay? Elevation and an intent to subvert democracy.
-
Sadly the facts point completely in the opposite direction. There is no point in arguing with someone who relies on emotion rather than evidence. Goodbye.

And if they were sure what would your response be? Ask them again if they were really sure?
#Neverendum -
Now we know what the implications are going to be, it would have to be the definitive referendum.
-
Except if it gives the wrong result...
-
No, actually
-
Would the vote be on the deal or on membership or on both? If the last, how would you determine where the majority lies if no option commanded 50%+1?

Mr Paddick, if that is your view then perhaps it is more pertinent to question whether the current party should still be in Government since they have made such a hash of this?
-
I think it’s pertinent to ask the EU if we are going to get a deal that is as good for jobs, for standards of living, for economic security, as we currently have as a member of the EU. What I’m really concerned about is people’s jobs and livelihoods. What are the chances?
-
Zero. Junker said in Feb 2017: “The deal that will be offered to the U.K. should not be a deal as advantageous [as membership]” I can’t possibly see how any deal will be anything close to what we have now.
