There used to be facility allowing officers with a grievance to make unobstructed access to senior officers.This order was in my experience routinely ignored by middle ranks.I suggested written acknowledgement be given to request.Idea provably rejected at massive cost to Met.pic.twitter.com/lupaAT47yq
