What about the women Brian? What do you think my young daughters and I feel when a man enters and we're undressed? Why should a tiny minority of men force women to stop using women's facilities?

Whatever the rights and wrongs of the case, changes to the UK GRA *should* not affect access to segregated changing rooms. Some trans women use women's changing rooms without encountering any issues while many are put off using any changing rooms to avoid any issues.

Self ID would allow anyone to change their SEX on their birth certificate which would render the EA meaningless. It's already bad here but now we can at least use the exemptions in the EA. (1)

Also, most of us don't challenge men, however they present themselves, in intimate spaces because we've been socialized to be "nice" and because we're afraid they may turn violent. (2)
