Brian, that is so heartbreaking. I hope that people will learn and Police practice will change as a result of you talking so openly. It was obviously so difficult for you to do. Thinking of you.

An incredibly honest and brave interview. Can only imagine how hard this must have been to do Brian. Well done for raising such vital issues and pushing for change.

We lost a young friend after he had been on a night out earlier this year. He had a heart attack. He was 24. The pain and loss is overwhelming. Thank you for doing this interview Brian and for writing this @PatrickStrud. I hope it helps change things x

So sorry to hear that. It’s so young, such a terrible loss. And it’s happening a lot amid so much silence.

Beautifully written. I lost a very special friend at a party. Most people just ran away, concerned for themselves. The police and ambulance were very kind. They appreciated those that had stayed behind and not abandoned him. Sadly nothing could be done. More education is needed.
