When the knowledge that people cannot change sex is accepted as transphobia without query or challenge, then I think there is a profound problem.
Sarah I hear what you say but I am not blocking or muting people whose views I disagree with. I am not prepared to listen to people telling me what I think or believe when it’s a distortion of the truth. People need to say what *they* think, not what they wrongly think I think.

I'd like to know why it is just you doing this Brian? Why isn't every single member of parliament listening or engaging with this issue? It's clearly important to a lot of people with fierce passion on both sides. It can't be ignored because it's only women's rights.

You could ask them! I know the 'right side of history' has become hackneyed but a lot of your colleagues are choosing not to speak up and their silence will be judged when women's rights are finally confirmed.
